Training focus and intensity always improves when you have a goal to train for! Enter the Fitness Lottery!

Starting February 10th through May 5th, we will be running a friendly competition to get you in shape for the summer. And, you could possibly win free training as an added benefit. Cost is $45 to enter. 


The competition follows as:


  1. Check in at the gym for a minimum of 3 workouts per week. 
  2. We will measure your body composition Week 1 vs Week 12. The top 10 individuals with the greatest amount of change will be entered into a lottery. 
  3. A customized Nutrition Plan will be built for you. 
  4. The person selected will win 12 free personal training sessions or 36 group classes (whichever they prefer).
