Join an encouraging group environment that pushes you to be your best. Programmed to meet you at your current fitness level and help you improve cardiorespiratory endurance, aerobic power, muscular strength, muscular endurance, power, mobility, etc.

Current Class Schedule

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 5:30 am-6:30 am, 8:30 am-9:30 am, 4:30 pm-5:30 pm, 5:30-6:30 pm

​Tuesday: 5:30 am-6:30 am, 8:30 am-9:30 am, 6:30 pm-7:30 pm

Saturday: 8:00 am-9:00 am

Cost

$130 for 18 classes. You have 6 weeks to use your classes.
