On Sunday, June 5th @ 10 am, we will be hosting a Fitness Competition and Cookout. All are welcome! The competition will consist of:


  1. 5RM Deadlift
  2. 2K Row for time
  3. Max Burpee Over Box in 2 minutes
  4. 1 minute Max Effort on Bike
  5. 1RM of Power Clean + Hang Clean + Thruster Complex


Cost of entry is $65. The winner will receive a free 3 month membership. 


Directly after the competition, we will be hosting a cookout at our house for everyone to attend.
