We have a choice when it comes to what we focus on and the meanings we give to things. I choose not to see problems. All I see are opportunities to grow and work to do. You can use any scenario as a catalyst to improve. Next time life happens, make the choice to mentally frame it to work to your advantage. At the end of the day, you are responsible for you. Take extreme ownership and make your life amazing!

The challenges that slam into you like a ton of bricks. The tragedy that you never expected. The horrible situation that you can’t seem to escape. Surprisingly, your plight has nothing to do with the mountain in your life. Your problem is you. Your happiness. Your success. Your quality of life. It’s all on you! 1. How do you define yourself? 2. Do you believe that you are worthy and capable of success? 3. Can you get yourself to be disciplined to take consistent action in the direction of your goals? Your quality of life has nothing to do with the external and everything to do with you and your mindset. Start analyzing yourself and demanding more from yourself. It’s all on you!
It’s time to stop looking for issues to divide us. It’s time to come together and build a strong community. Hold yourself to high standards. Do your best in all things. And, help your neighbor. That’s how we are going to make positive change. A Strong, Unified Team.
You have got to find what you are passionate about. You have got to define your purpose. Dedicate all your energy towards it. Take the leap... the risk... to fulfill your dreams. It will not be easy but IT WILL BE WORTH IT! You only have one life to live. It is short. Make it extraordinary! Make it breathtaking! Make it amazing!
Intensity is more important than complexity of movement or programming when trying to produce a training stimulus. Don’t worry about getting fancy. Stick with fundamental, compound movements and GO HARD!
Every evening as we fade to sleep, we dream of a better tomorrow and getting closer to our goals. Every morning brings with it a new set of stressors and challenges and struggles. Our minds lie to us and tell us that we aren’t good enough... that we won’t prevail. Our mind urges us to throw in the towel and to give into the external pressures.
Instead, HOLD THE LINE. Decide who you are and what you want. Awaken every morning ready to fight for it. When life cranks up the intensity, laugh in the face of it and crank yourself up even higher. Never quit. No days off. No excuses. Crush the day. Get some! I encourage you to take at least 10 minutes a day to get in a quiet place and think. Think about your dreams and goals. Imagine yourself achieving them. Analyze your day. What actions are you taking to get closer to what you want? How are you wasting time? What negative habits do you need to walk away from? How are you contributing to those around you? Start making this 10 minutes of reflection a daily ritual. It will change your life.

If you ever wonder how I'm doing... "I'm good." 1. Belief in oneself and the process
2. Sick work ethic 3. Never feeling sorry for oneself Without brutal honesty you will never move forward. Without a strong sense of purpose, and passion, you will never persevere through the inevitable plethora of hard times that are coming your way in life. It is time to get real and cut out all the fluff. Decide what you want to do in life, put together a plan of action, and execute that plan. If the first plan does not work, come up with another plan. If that one fails go back to the drawing board and come up with yet another plan. If that one fails, well you get the idea.
